Mexico's biggest operator of fast-food restaurants to acquire 85 percent of the Dominalco Pizza Franchise, the Colombian franchisee of Domino's Pizza franchising International.
Dominalco holds the rights to use the Domino's brand in Colombia and operates over 20 stores in the cities of Bogota, Cali, Medellin and Pereira.
